We welcome Dr. Krcik to our practice. Dr. Krcik is returning home to the South Side. He is a graduate of Brother Rice High School and University of Illinois-Chicago. Dr. Krcik’s specialty is in Pediatric / Adult Sports Medicine. We are very pleased to welcome him to our practice and back to Chicago!

Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Krcik is a board-eligible and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in Primary Care Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Pediatric / Adult Sports Medicine. He specializes in all aspects of sports medicine especially Pediatric Sports Medicine. Dr. Krcik has special training in hip arthroscopy and the surgical treatment of the skeletally immature ACL tear from Children’s Hospital Boston-Harvard, the only Pediatric Sports Medicine Fellowship in the world. He has extensive experience in care of all types of athletes and has been involved in the care of athletes at levels. He has served as assistant team physician to the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He also was a team physician for the Lake County Captains Single A Baseball Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. He also has experience caring for dancers as he was one of the associate physicians for the Boston Ballet. Dr. Krcik also has a special interest in pediatric throwing athletes, pediatric injuries and fractures.
